Adopteen Camp-Conference – COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

The policies and procedures listed below reflect policies and procedures agreed upon between [Adopteen and Haverford College] and [Adopteen and University of Denver] and are subject to change.

To coordinate national in-person events while COVID-19 remains a very real concern requires diligent caution. Please read below for details on Adopteen’s 2022 Camp-Conference COVID-19 policies and procedures:

  • All Adopteen Camp-Conference attendees and staff must provide EITHER a negative PCR test within 48 hours prior to arrival at Camp-Conference or proof of full vaccination.
    • Proof of negative test results should be sent to adopteen@theparkcommunity.gtstaging.com
    • All attendees and staff will be tested upon their arrival to Camp-Conference
  • If an individual tests positive for COVID-19, Adopteen will find accommodations for the individual, separate from the Camp-Conference group. If the individual is a minor, they will be accompanied by an adult, assigned by Adopteen and agreed upon between the minor’s parent(s) and Adopteen. The individuals will be required to quarantine for 5 days. All meals will be covered by Adopteen.
  • If an individual tests positive for COVID-19 and has entered quarantine, all other Camp-Conference attendees must wear face masks for the remainder of Camp-Conference and a rapid test will be administered to all attendees and staff 24 hours following initial exposure.

These policies are subject to change as COVID-19 procedures continue to evolve and we continue working with the universities. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding of these policies.

Please feel free to contact us with any clarifying questions or concerns regarding any of the above policies and procedures.
